Here is my template for the text that my MA sends out to about 5 patients a week.
Please feel free to copy / modify this.
Response rate is about 0.5 -1 patient a weak.
In the long run, I think that it will make a little difference.
About 4-5 times a year, a patient mentions to me that she looked me up and she felt good that there were positive reviews posted by other patients.

FWIW, I do not spend any money on marketing so I think that the online reputation might make a small difference.

I usually get compliments about my staff. I tell people, in a somewhat joking manner, if they give us a 5-star review and mention the staff I buy them lunch, so if you want to feed them…
