those who got license thr RT exam and wreb foreign trained dentidt

Whats use of giving wreb if foreign trained dentist can not work in any other state except california . Does any one has any idea about GPR and AEGD program .which state let you practice after doing gpr and aegd if you have california license

why everyone says give wreb you can practice on west coast.For Foreign trained dentist is it possible to practice some where else than california.
