Thinking of Purchasing Uworld

I am think of purchasing Uworld for step 1 and I was wondering if those who have used it could tell me if users can select the subjects they want to be tested on (such as, only anatomy)? OR Is it like all questions presented have random subjects? Thanks in advanced.
