Thinking of being a surgeon, but I have some questions

Hi guys, I'm a medical student, currently doing the M3, and I have some questions about Stress in Surgery Specialities, if you guys could help I would thanks a lot!

1. As medical doctors, what are the 2 biggest problems you're dealing with?
2. Regarding stress, what would you wish for more than anything else?

1. 2 biggest stressors at the moment are: a)non-compliant patients who have complications after surgery, and b)Trying to take care of patients who are un- and underinsured. I can do the surgery and not care about getting paid (am hospital employed) but getting them the appropriate postop care for them to increase probability of good outcome is tough.

2. Wish for from stress standpoint? The opposite of above.
