TEXAS FP / OB Rotations

Anyone from Texas out there that can tell me which FP and OB Rotations have a good reputation in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus?

Texas Sam,
I'm a second year at SA right now and from what I've heard the Santa Rosa FP program in San Antonio is supposed to be pretty good. I haven't heard about their OB rotation though.
