Testing Sites Not Available for Feb PCAT?

I recently registered to take the PCAT for February 1-14th window, but the closest testing sites to me do not have any seats. I get the message "The exam is not available for the requested date range" for even the 5 closest testing sites to me. Is it possible that it was already filled up so fast throughout all those dates? Or does anyone else have this problem?
