Teleneurology Consults or Mobile Neurology Consults in Arizona

Hello all.
I was wondering if any of you know of a teleneurology service or mobile neurology service for basic consults. Recently CMS has instituted a requirement for neurology consultation prior to kyphoplasty. The procedure is really based on MRI findings and no one is going to do this procedure with significant retropulsion and neurologic compromise. If anyone has any ideas or recommendations please respond!
