I need help, am a veterinary graduate, I study veterinary surgery DVM and I want to switch to a medical doctor is there any, any further master degree course that I can study to switch over to a medical doctor? I really need help on this.

No, there is no advanced standing for veterinarians. You’ll have to apply to and complete medical school.
