What pain procedures are the most surgical?

I've seen a few pain guys scrub with the spine/neurosurg guys at my institution i.e. Minimally invasive endoscopic discectomies.
Other than stims, kyphos, pumps and vertebros are there any other procedures that are more surgical in nature?

Thanks.

Hey, I know a few pain guys that do the endoscopic discs and endoscopic medial branch ligation but from my understanding the billing really took a hit a few years ago so definitely not as much of an incentive.

Take a look at this thread...http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/percutaneous-discectomies.252863/

Pump and stim implants are probably the most surgical of the commonly performed pain procedures.
