USMLE Style of UWORLD vs Real Deal

Hey guys! So along with being 40 questions per block, the style of uworld questions I feel have changed. Does anyone else feel this way? Though not necessarily as long of a stem, it's harder to reduce answer choices.
Has anyone taken the steps in the past week or so? How was it comparable.

I took step 1 on Monday and I felt it was just like UWorld.
