help, after I complete my basic degree here In Malaysia..MBBS, if i want to do my post graduate eg specialization in AUS or NZW, do i need to take any entry exam?

Please contact the relevant college that you want to specialize in e.g. college of physicians, college of surgeons...there will definitely be an application process
