I will be sitting Step 2 CS and am wondering what are the best resources for revision. I have got First Aid for USMLE step 2CS and am considering using USMLEworld

What do people think about 'Case-Based Simulation and Review For USMLE Step 2 CS' and 'Kaplan Medical USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills'?

Are there any other good resources?

UW for step II CS? I've never heard of that...only for step II CK...
