Step 2 cs Query

Hello everyone I am an IMG preparing for my CS and I had a major query. I know we are not supposed to do further physical exam in the area where there is pain but my query is that in cases of musculoskeletal system does that also include special manoeuvres? Like if the case is of shoulder pain and he has pain on Neer test should we continue with Dugas, empty can etc or just leave it there?

You should do as much as you feel there is time available for because you have to hit the minimum amount of systems and address any sort of questions they have, etc
