Step 1 - utility of First Aid, relevance of QBank

I'm two weeks away from the big day, and I've been using First Aid, Kaplan Homestudy, and Qbank. I'm finding First Aid is not sufficient to answer a good number of questions in QBank, but then how similar is QBank to the real thing? Is it the same level of difficulty, same style of random questions and does it have the same indecipherable micro/electron slides?
