BOTH Step 1 prep course experiences

I have come to the (terrifying!) realization that the studying that I have done during my study period will not net me a good enough score on Step 1. I am pushing my exam back a few weeks and am thinking of taking a prep course in the hopes it will fill in the gaps I have with my studying.

Has anyone taken a step 1 prep course, and how helpful did you think it was? If you did, can you give details about how long they are and the resources they provided to improve step 1 scores?
