Hey guys got a clinical STD case:

A male pt Hx: unprotected sex
Sx : discomfort urethra, burning in urination, discharge, urine is full of tissue percipitate/suspension..may be pus?

No other symptom..including kidney, prostate, abdomen, testicle...

Lab test: chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, HIV, all negative twice

Emprical txt: Azithromycin, Erythromycin, metronidiazol, ceftriaxane-gonnorrhea hot....all dosn't work. Asymptotic for one week and happen again or no change

Female partner: Bacterial vaginosis and H. pylori posetive and treated after.

All other STD negative and no symptom.

Pt: have no previous hx and this happen only after female partner has unprotected sex with her ex boy friend.

Rule out reinfection..pt. do not have contact since he start treatment and medical care.

Well..what next lab test or txt option or differential dx you think.

Thanks

Sounds very similar to the case I presented in a thread. Although my patient had no discharge or tissue in urine.
