So the use of statins in severe sepsis trial was a failure. It seems now that they are still trying to incorporate them in every facet of medicine. I think the goal is in the next 10 years to just have atorva put into bottle water as IT MUST CURE ALL DISEASE!....Srsly I get the antiinflammatory and HS-CRP effects but why so many damn trials with statins in critically ill patients.

Statin deficiency is a serious condition, and not to be made light of.
