State Licensure and Comlex, How to register?

I'm an intern and am applying for state licensure and to take the Comlex step 3. My understanding is my MD counterparts went to www.FSMB.org and filled out the form, were sent a form to paste a picture to, which they subsequently mailed somewhere and then registered for step 3, or something like that. Do I also 1st register at FSMB.org? I tried to call the lady there and she told me to call NBOME, which I knew was wrong. Help!

Just got my score back. All you have to do is pay for it on the nbome.org website and schedule a date. Log on by clicking access online system. You should use the same password and user id you once used to register/pay for step 1 and 2. You do not have to do all that stuff that your allo counterparts are doing. The Nbome seems to already be aware about where you are and if you are eligible. If the website allows you to pay, you are fine.
