Starting PASS Application Before Cycle Opens?

Are you able to start filling out your PASS application before the cycle opens? For example if the cycle opens on May 8th, but it allows me to login and start filling out things now.. does that mean on May 8th is will all be erased and I will have to start over or can I begin to fill everything out and then on May 8th I can submit my application?

Yes you should be able to import most of a previous application into the next application.
