Starting fellowship programs...how?!

Ok so Im a p4 on an industry rotation and would like to do a fellowship with THAT company... however they dont have one

theyre not affiliated with the rutgers program.

so as i was speaking to my preceptor about industry fellowships she was like you know i think you should look into how a company is supposed to begin a fellowship program etc.

so my question is how? is there a national accrediting body? I know its not ashp like residencies... but can anyone help please?
