Starting an ENT interest group

Hi. I go to a school with no home program, and a small service at that. However, we do have a few interested in ENT. We are thinking about starting an interest group. It'll give us something to do anyways. Anyone have information on how to go about starting an accredited group? Which professional society to contact and etc. Thanks.
