This is not too surprising. In my experience there is a wide spectrum of spine surgeons out there. Some will fuse anything and everything, and multilevel no less. Others wont operate unless your limb has already fallen off your body. The ones who fuse everything are often times revered as "excellent" surgeons no matter how horrible their outcomes are and it isnt surprising that these individuals work for large corporate practices with a stellar marketing team and billboards posted everywhere with said surgeons smug face everywhere. I always find it amazing what these people are able to get away with.

Btw did you see the comment by that troll who compared life saving medicine to getting his car fixed?! What a jackass..
