Well to start with, you're going to have to learn German and be fluent in it (documented by the Test DaF exam.) Following this language exam, you have to take an entrance exam in German which tests on all three basic sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.) Your entry into medical school in Germany depends mostly on how you score on the entrance exam (which is quite competitive.)

may i tell u that i end my education in medical college already and i wanna just check my knowledge and take there graduation certificate if i can! actually i feel that i lost big chance not studing medicine in germany (do u think that they will exam me in physics!!) just for that and after all do u think my already graduation from medicine college (known and accepted from WHO) with good grades will help me in that competion( by the way i am already end A1 level of germany ) also is there is any medical specialized college in germany ???

Well since you're a medical school graduate, you have to apply for recognition of your studies in Germany. They will most likely require you to take an exam in different clinical subjects and upon passing that exam, you can apply for a license. But do take note that this exam is entirely in German.

So I would recommend you try and get up to a level of B2. Meanwhile, if you can find someone who speaks German, you can ask them to help you with applying to the German medical board for recognition of your medical diploma. This is usually quite a lengthy process and not all graduates are successful. If you want to increase you chances of getting into a residency, then doing a fellowship in your home country will definitely help.

Hello Aliasaskar,

if you want to train on cardiology the others are right - first of all you have to get your qualifications recognized. I've done a little research for you via anabin.de - looking at this, if you have an Egyptian M.D. it is equivalent to the German Dr med. To get your licensure however, you have to apply to the LPA (Landesprüfungsamt) of the Federal State you want to live in (you are allowed to work anywhere in Germany with this licensure - it just depends on the place where you live at the beginning of your career in Germany). I think profiency in German is absolutely necessary - the others' information is correct.
Afterwards you can apply for residency/specialty training in hospital. It's not part of college/university here. For cardiology for example you have to choose the specialty internal medicine (5 years) and at the end of these years you can specialise on cardiology (but have to go through the other internal disciplines as well). There are some hospitals which are well known for a very good cardiology - maybe such a placement might be appropriate for you.
If you have any questions concerning the application, don't hesitate to ask - I am a native speaker in German by the way
