SPA Dentistry

This is a great article by AGD (American General Dentistry). apparently some dentists are now offering SPA, massages, facials, live music, etc.. now, my question is that who is paying for all those extra services???
On the other hand, regardless of who is paying for them, its making dentistry more and more attractive then ever.
