SOAP Applicants--Has anyone heard from programs yet?

Hey everyone...so not bouncing off the walls right now like so many other people.

SOAP was applied for right out the gate at 1pm. Phone has been silent. Is anyone hearing anything yet, or will tomorrow be a more likely time to get any sorts of communication?
