Hi Friends
I'm Megan, a fifth year undergrad med student from Australia and I'm looking to do a Surgery elective in Ireland in August 2014. I'm not really a big-city person, so I'm wanting to avoid the hustle of the Dublin-Belfast corridor.
Does anyone have any suggestions for friendly, smallish country town hospitals that offer surgery?
I don't have any contacts in Ireland as yet, so if anyone could point me in the direction of a student-tolerant surgeon who would put up with me for 4 weeks, that would be great! Alternatively, if you are an Irish student with any tips, I'd be grateful for your efforts
