Hey all, pediatrics PGY-2 here.
A co-resident of mine has these questions regarding sleep medicine:
1. Is sleep fellowship more competitive for peds residents compared to PCCM/neuro/psych?
2. How difficult is it for peds trained sleep docs to find sleep jobs out in the community (ie. treating adults too)?
3. How’s the job market for those wishing to do 100% sleep? I’ve heard and read mixed things (ie. Most jobs want you to also do neuro or PCCM?)
