short term visiting fellowship

Hi,

Can anybody guide me for a short term interventional radiology/neuroradiology MRI visiting fellowships. I am practicing radiology outside US and have not taken USMLE. I am interested in hands on courses and also would like to gain knowledge in neuroradiology. Can these two be combined?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for short term visiting fellowships. Without knowing much about your credentials and circumstances, it would seem you might qualify for and benefit from an observership rather than fellowship, although many of these require USMLE scores. You might start here, but frankly I don't know much about this process, good luck.
