Hi there! I am a recent Harvard Business School MBA seeking family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine MDs interested in partnering with me in opening an urgent care clinic in Boston, MA.

I've done extensive research and have a complete business plan laid out which projects the clinic would be operating at roughly $2M/year in profit by year 3.

MD partnership entails taking on a set number of shifts per month plus a contribution to start-up costs, both commensurate with your % ownership of the practice. I would take care of all financial management and business administration overhead.

Great low-commitment side investment for entrepreneurial docs! PM me if you're in Massachusetts and have any interest, or if you know anyone who might!

I don't think any MD in their right mind would take you on. What you are looking for it seems is making profits in an urgent care and having an MD work it. Any MD can get a manager and someone to take care of the financial aspect of the business. It does not seem like it would be an even deal for you to manage the "financial aspect" and for the MD to do the actual work. Just a thought...
