Hello,

This might be a very straight forward question but I was recently invited to a second look by the program I had interviewed at. I had sent out a detailed thank you note to all the interviewers post the initial interview but I wanted to know if I should send out another thank you/interest note post the second look session. Just looking for some input on this.

Thanks!!

A quick email thank you AT THE MOST.

Only do this if it satisfies your need for manners/politeness. Don't do it because you think you owe them, you think they will rank you lower if you don't, or you think they will rank you higher if you do.

I sent zero thank you notes and have no regrets - matched at my number 1.

Thank you notes are up to you and just for your own needs.
