Scut sheet help

I'm a European IMG that will do a two month rotation back in the states. I printed some very helpful scut sheets off the UCLA site, but a little confused on the abbreviations. What is PBLMEB in the lab section? And what is HH# or HD#? (hospital day?)Appreciate the help.

That is the diff of the CBC
polys
lymphos
monos
eosin
basophils

There's another "B" in it. It's probably
polys
blasts
lymphs
monos
eosinophils
basophils
