Ok This is not the most exciting post but i just wanted to know how much of a factor is your overall science gpa. If your regular gpa is substantially higher is that a good or a bad thing. And this means that i have a horrible science gpa (not even a 3.0) Am i doomed for failure?

The science GPA is pretty important, or they wouldn't ask you to calculate it separately. Two big chunks of the MCAT test science knowledge specifically. I wouldn't say you're doomed, but I might encourage you to take more science courses to up the science GPA, whether as additional undergrad classes or in a post-bacc program. You need to be well into the 3 range to be competitive.
