The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, private smart TV, smart thermostat, night lamps with USB chargers for international travellers, and its own walk-in closet and master bathroom with a large round soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a twin bed with a trundle that can be converted into two twin beds and a a work station. The third bedroom also has private balcony access for you to enjoy. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views, as well as high-speed Google Fiber wifi (1 GB speed).

Queen Bedroom: $2000 (Shared Bath)Corner Bedroom: $1700 (Shared Bath and Private Balcony)

- Cleaning Fee is $50 per bedroom or $150 for the whole apartment- Housekeeping is available regularly upon request for $150 (can be shared with roommates)- Utilities are included up to $300/month (SDG&E)- In-house parking please contact us for information on parking spots- Available for move-in January 2, 2024, preferably for 3-4 months until mid May 2024
