I am looking to negotiate a part time salary for IM in Florida. I am planing to work 25 h a week and I am bilingual (spanish and english) what would be an ok salary?

Doing what? clinic, or hospitalist coverage? (for the latter, it's usually pay per hour or by shift: $1500-$1700 per shift is a good ballpark number).
