It depends on the school you’re aiming for. However, get at least 320+ on the OAT and an Optometrist LOR from shadowing and you have a very good chance!
 
You have good experience. You’re GPA is fine and just try to get a high Oat score by studying efficiently. Look into schools to see what the prerequisites are. Most of them are similar so it’ll give you a good idea of what classes you might neeed to take

I would definitely focus on two things: shadowing with an optometrist and studying for the OATs. Make sure you fully understand this career choice by working with an optometrist because they will ask you about why you chose optometry in interviews, be prepared. Like any other schools, standardized tests are really important so take some time just to prepare for the OATs. Anything 320+ is usually a pretty good score, but it really depends on your entire resume/grades/application. Good luck!
