Rules for getting hours to count in Louisiana, Texas, and Illinois?

I'm a P4 and I'm trying to figure out how to get my last hours. Does anybody know where to find the rules for getting your hours to count in Louisiana, Texas, or Illinois. I don't have all my hours and I am trying to figure out what I can do to make it happen in time. Any help would be appreciated. Basically I'm trying to figure out, the date I have to finish by, i.e. graduation, graduation plus x days, by the day you apply for the NAPLEX.

Illinois does not require extra hours.
