I will be going there in the fall and was wondering how hard it was to maintain a 4.0? I heard that the grades are only A/B/C/D without any +'s or -'s

First thing is first....you are going to be starting medical school and you need to get the "must have a 4.0" mentality out of your head. The stuff you learn in med school is going to help you better yourself as a doctor and its all need to know. The best advice I can give you is to focus on understanding EVERYTHING cause you are going to need to know it later. Yes grades may seem important but I can tell you that board scores are what really counts so if you are learning the material all along you will be fine. Second, medical school is not hard, its just A LOT of material. If you put in the time you will be fine. Good luck!
