I found the Boards and Beyond Biochem sections very helpful during step 1 dedicated. It cuts extra fluff that some professors think is relevant and makes the connections well to clinical medicine.
Video learning isn’t for everyone but I felt like I won the lottery when I started using it as my primary study resource.

I thought Zanki bchem was good for Step 1 studying, but BnB bchem section before you dive into that so you can peice it together better, otherwise it feels very patchy
