Hello fellow residents!
I am a resident at a program in New York City and I'm doing research to examine stress and coping skills in residency -- so I thought the forum might be able to help!
Below is an email link to a survey whose purpose is to find out more about YOU as a resident, and how you cope with your stressful job. This information is useful to me, because it is a subject of my research, but can also be useful for your program director, to help them understand the ways your job affects you, and possibly help make it better! It should take no more than ten or fifteen minutes of your time, and if you want more information about the results or why I am doing this research Id love to hear from you. The email to find out more about my research is stansil at chpnet dot org.
Heres the survey: https://www.research.net/s/ResidentPhysicianStressandCopingSkills

Thank you so much - feel free to forward on to your colleagues if you are comfortable doing so!
Sincere thanks and best of luck on your journey!
Susan
