Residency Selection & GPA

Hello residents and physicians,

I have a very general question. I am currently in the midst of my third year at Scholl and I was wondering how heavily GPA weighs when selecting a potential residency candidate?

Does clinical abilities, work ethic, and personality outweigh GPA?
