I'm far far away from getting a residency as i'm just gonna start pharmacy school this year but I have always wanted to specialize in pharmacy and from what I read it is quite competitive. So hoping to start out with a good run for the money(not literally lol), what do most residency programs look for when they review applicants?
Also from what I read, first year residency is pretty much the same across the board(general practice I guess), but it is the second year residency where you actually learn the whatever it is in your specialize field.
I'm confident in maintaining a 3.5 throughout my years so I can get what I want.
