Residency programs can subpoena NBDE actual scores?

Some people at my school were saying that even though NBDE is pass/fail, residency programs can still subpoena the actual score behind it. I still see residency program websites posting a desired NBDE score, so there may be reason to think that this could be true?

Why the NBDE? Why not the ADAT? Specialty programs need a specialty entrance exam if they’re looking to see what concepts a person really understands.

NBDE has been P/F since 2012. I highly doubt they can get the scores. Better guess would be that the residency programs have not updated their websites since at least 2012. My program's website just got updated this year, but before that they mentioned that our call room has a VCR we can use.
