Outside of doximity and the google doc? Neither of those are objective. In fact, Doximity is the epitome of biased subjectivity and they even call the ranking "reputation." There are numerous programs "gaming" the Doximity rankings right now. Once you know how the ranks are devised, it's easy to see it's all very much meaningless.
There isn't an objective measure of radiology programs unless you want hard stats like # of studies per year, # lecture hours per week, # of cases read/procedures performed per resident, board pass rate, etc. Most of those things can be asked at an interview. These could theoretically be used to make a ranking for your own self depending on what you value.
Some person tried to do an "objective" meta-data thing a few years back but it's riddled with flaws as well. Only part that really makes sense is that if the place has a good hospital, it is more likely to have a good residency. Radiology is all about what you see and how much you see of it.
