Residencies that PAY for your flight/hotel

I've heard of many residency programs that will PAY your flight/hotel for your interview....

besides Duke [at least for Duke pathology prgm], anyone heard of other such places????

During my path interviews...

Iowa: Hotel + $300 for flight
Utah: Hotel x2 nights
UPenn: Hotel and meals
Dartmouth: Hotel and breakfast w/attending
Vermont: Hotel + Meal cards for hotel

Wash U, Indiana, and UVA also would have paid for the hotel but I cancelled my interviews.

When I was interviewing several years ago the EM program in Kalamazoo, MI paid for hotel. I think they are a really good program but get overlooked due to geography.

For me: forget about paying for my travel etc. I'm willing to pay all my cost myself; are there any takers (PDs who will call me) in the first place? I'm desperate to get in some place this year!

Cincinnati and Mayo emergency medicine programs paid for my hotel.
