hello doctors how are you
iam international student final year medical and Iam so far interested in research ( HCV ..and stem cells ) and Ia dont know about possibiliteis and oportunities to get electives in US organisations and hospitals ..I had workshops and emailed many but they show no interest

This is something you should be organizing with your school. If not, your only recourse is to e-mail different PIs and hope that one is willing to take you. Given the economy (and if you need a VISA), I would imagine your chances are not very good.
