Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine Residents:
My name is Neena Cassell and I am a doctoral student in the clinical psychology program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I would like to ask for your participation in my dissertation, a study on Making Medical Treatment Decisions. You will be asked to read a brief medical summary and then complete several questionnaires. The survey should not take more than 20 minutes. In appreciation of the contribution of your time, you will be offered the opportunity to be enrolled in a raffle for $500 cash prize.
