I am a master’s student in computer science who wants to apply for MD-PhD in the upcoming cycle. Here are my statistics:
• undergraduate GPA is 3.77 and master’s GPA is 3.9.
• MCAT is 512 (129/129/124/129). I have a hard time remembering facts and felt myself struggling to remember details for the B/B section.
• I have 3 published papers, with 2 first author publications, 1 is a second author. I believe I will also have strong letters of rec from several faculty.
• I have shadowed a physician for over 50 hrs and have done over 200 hrs of community service, with several unique experiences here.

Do you think my MCAT score will exclude me from consideration from the top MD/PhD schools? Also, could any past successful MD/PhD applicants comment on the process and criteria for admission. I am new to the application process and would appreciate any perspectives.
