General Admissions & OTCAS "Report Date" on Gre account

Does the Report Date on the GRE account mean that was when the school received it? Because I emailed my schools about my new GRE scores and one of the counselors said she would notify me when it was received, but she has not contacted me even though the report date for all my schools says it was received two days after I emailed them. I also sent new scores in to temple, and on my temple account it only shows GRE scores received from the first time. I kinda don't want to email them again since I emailed them about my new scores.
