"remembered questions" --- please advise

Hey all,

Found these "Remembered Questions from 2003 and 2004 Step I's" floating around on Ebay and wondering if this is real questions sent in by students or just gimmick to score sum cash off medical students??? From the sampler they give, questions seems pretty challenging (one was about a papillary fibroelastoma in the left ventricle (i never even heard of this tumor)).

Are these ever repeated on the actual exam or are they really just useful as a guide to how the USMLE asks their questions..... and in that case would I be better going through Kaplan QBank a second time??

From people who've taken Step 1 can you please post back to advice on these 'remembered questions'.
