recommended programs to apply to?

Does anyone have suggestions for programs to apply to either through ERAS or non-ERAS (do these even exist anymore?)? I'm a very non-traditional applicant, being several years from graduation, and did not match last year, so I'm hoping to find programs that aren't just looking at scores or time from school/practice. Thanks.

Which specialty? FM, IM, psych, etc?

I'm applying to family medicine, internal medicine, and transitional programs but would also be open to other specialties as well.
